(a) Prerequisites:

Have a valid and working email address for communication throughout the selection process.

Have the necessary information ready so that you can fill the application form properly.

Scan documents required, including recent passport-size photos, signatures, birth certificates, educational certificates, race and disability certificates (if applicable), and other supporting documents

(B) Scanning & Uploading Instructions:

I. Illustration of photographs:

Upload jpeg/jpg/png files less than 50kb (200 px high, 150 px wide).

Make sure I have a fresh passport size color photo on a light colored background.

II. Featured Image:

Upload jpeg/jpg/png files less than 50kb (50 px high by 150 px wide).

Mark on white paper with black ink.

III. Certificates/Documents:

Upload all required documents in PDF format, each file is less than 1 MB.

(C) Procedure for applying Online:

I. Signup:

Verify your mobile number and email ID through OTPs for profile introduction.

Fill in correct records within the Personal Details Page and freeze your profile.

II. Profile Page:

After freezing, acquire login credentials through e-mail and proceed to the web utility.

III. Online Application Form:

Fill in info throughout three tabs: 

Basic Details, Educational Qualifications, and Documents Upload.

Save/replace contents to keep stuffed records.

IV. Submission:

Submit your utility after filling in all details and uploading essential files.

Application info can not be modified post submission, so ensure accuracy earlier than clicking the SUBMIT button.

V. Payment (if relevant):

Pay the  application fee through the provided payment gateway for valid application submission.

VI. Download and Retain:

Download a duplicate of the online utility form for future reference.
